Updates and price changes
The monthly price may change in the future as a result of updates, new features or improvements to service performance. Before a change takes effect, customers will receive an email notification stating the new amount and effective date. Changes will not apply retroactively to periods already paid for. Customers may cancel before the new price takes effect. This clause does not itself change the price or authorize a charge different from the one authorized through PayPal.
Current service and price
The current flow offers access to labor hours and fluids for 24.99 USD per month per workshop through PayPal. Activation requires payment verification; browser approval alone is insufficient. Confirm the amount, frequency, applicable taxes and conditions shown by PayPal before authorizing. Availability of every operational feature for each subscriber is not guaranteed.
Accounts and authorized use
The proposal is for each workshop to control its users and protect credentials. Do not share accounts, access others’ records or enter information without authorization. Complete workshop isolation must be implemented and verified before independent customer data storage is offered.
Technical information
Labor hours, fluids and assistant responses must be verified for the specific vehicle and operation. They do not replace manufacturer procedures or independently authorize repairs. The workshop remains responsible for diagnosis, estimates and work.
Payments, cancellation and data
See the cancellation page for stopping automatic payments in PayPal. A full refund of the first payment is offered when requested within 7 days after the charge, as described in the cancellation and refund policy. Access duration after cancellation and data export still require final terms. Applicable legal rights are not waived.
Items to finalize
Taxes; service start and end; effects of cancellation on access; data export and retention; privacy responsibilities; liability limits and dispute resolution. Mandatory arbitration, blanket waivers and an invented contractual jurisdiction have not been added.
