Scope
Elite Pro Automotive Repair provides tools for workshops in the United States. This notice describes the current installation. The provider is Elite Pro Automotive Repair LLC, registered in Virginia, United States. Support is available by email at soporte@eliteproautomotive.com.
Information the system receives
Forms receive names, phone numbers, email addresses, workshop names, messages and vehicle details such as VIN, license plate, make, model and year. Internal features may store appointments, work orders, estimates and documents. Accounts store password hashes; sessions and language preferences use cookies.
How information is used
Information supports requests, service organization, account creation, subscription checks, access and recovery emails, and login protection. Authorized personnel and the owner can access records according to the available functions. Do not send card numbers, passwords or identity documents through chat.
Providers and external queries
Render hosts the service. PayPal processes payments; the system receives subscription identifiers and status. Activation and recovery emails use Microsoft or the configured email provider. Technical queries may be sent to information providers, NHTSA and configured artificial intelligence services. Avoid putting customers’ personal information into technical searches. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies.
Storage and security
This installation stores records in a database and server files. The site uses HTTPS and session cookies with security controls. This is not a guarantee of absolute security or encryption of all stored information. Subscriber workshops with active service can publish their own page and receive requests, appointments and chat. These records are separated by workshop and accessed through its account. They cannot access the original installation’s internal customers, vehicles, appointments or messages. Public chat binds each conversation to private browser-session access: knowing a phone number does not grant access to earlier messages. This is not a complete management system with independent databases for every workshop; that expansion remains pending.
Retention and requests
A general automatic deletion period has not been verified. To request access, correction or deletion, email soporte@eliteproautomotive.com. Identity and authority must be verified before records are disclosed or changed. Records may need to be retained for payments, legal obligations or dispute resolution. Applicable rights depend on law and circumstances.
Cookies
Cookies maintain sessions and language preferences. PayPal may load its own technologies when checkout opens. The absence of third-party cookies is not guaranteed. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking session cookies may prevent access.
