Recurring billing
The configured price is 24.99 USD each month per workshop. Authorization and recurring payment details appear in PayPal. Review the next renewal date in your account.
Stop automatic payments
On the PayPal website: Settings → Payments → Subscriptions and saved businesses or Automatic Payments. Select the merchant associated with your Elite Pro subscription and cancel the automatic payment. Save the confirmation. Simply removing the app or signing out does not cancel billing.
Access after cancellation
The installation periodically checks PayPal status and may suspend paid access when a subscription is no longer active. Access through the end of an already paid period has not yet been guaranteed. Stopping an automatic payment and ending a contract may require different actions; confirm cancellation with the provider by emailing soporte@eliteproautomotive.com.
Refunds and billing errors
Elite Pro offers a full refund of the first subscription payment when requested within 7 days after the charge. Email soporte@eliteproautomotive.com with your account email, workshop name and payment reference. The provider will verify the payment and manually process the refund through PayPal; submitting a request does not execute an automatic refund. This 7-day guarantee applies to the first payment, not renewals. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorized charges can also be reported to the same email, without this guarantee limiting applicable rights. Do not send passwords or complete card numbers.
Cancellation and scope of this policy
You may cancel the PayPal automatic payment at any time and email the confirmation to soporte@eliteproautomotive.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund payments already charged. For the first payment, request a refund within the stated 7-day period. The general service agreement remains in preparation; access, data retention and export conditions are still pending.
